ORDERS PLACED THE MONTH OF JULY ARE NOT GUARANTEED FOR THE START OF SCHOOL. WE DO OUR BEST TO GET EVERYTHING COMPLETE FOR THE START OF SCHOOL BUT WITH THE HIGH VOLUMES THERE COULD BE A SLIGHT DELAY!

TURN AROUND TIME:  During the school year our turn around time is usually 24 hours. District mail leaves from our location daily at 10:00am. If we have items placed in the district mail by that time it will deliver to your location the same day. This could change depending on the size of the print job. However, we are usually able to complete most orders either same day or next day! During the months of May-August turn around time is longer due to the high volumes of printing. All orders placed after July are not guaranteed for the start of school. We do our best to complete everything for the first day of school but there could be a delay with orders coming in after June 15th. We highly encourage getting all orders for next school year placed EARLY! We start printing for the next school year as early as February!

WHO ARE WE:   
Printing Services is a NON-PROFIT full service print shop located at the Alpine School District Alpine Learning Center in American fork. We offer a full line of printing at non-profit pricing. If you are getting printing elsewhere, it is almost guaranteed that your costs will be higher. We strive to contribute to student learning and success by providing high quality materials! Let us do the printing for you, don't use that copy room at the school!
  
HOW DO YOU ORDER:
All orders are to be placed through our online ordering system. https://alpineschools.webdeskprint.com/PSP/app/PSP_Start.asp. (First- time users will be required to register.)  If existing users change locations, please call us to update your account.
 
HOW DO YOU PAY:

For school district orders-
Orders will be billed to your schools Textbook account by default. Specific budget accounts can also be used if the budget account number is selected from the drop down box or the full account number is specified in the billing comments section. When using our services, employees do not need to obtain a purchase order and there is not a requirement for securing multiple bids. 

 

**PTA orders can be paid for by cash, check, or credit card upon pick-up.
 
For non-district and personal orders-
 You can pay by cash, check, credit card upon pick-up.
**School district orders will always be given priority.

 
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER:
Orders are shipped daily to all Alpine School District locations through our district delivery services at no charge. All non-district orders can picked up at our office 6:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
 
**We make every effort to provide same-day service on all orders excluding our peak season (May - August) in which we do our best. We guarantee delivery by the first day of school for any job submitted prior to June 15th.  Early submission is greatly appreciated.

 WHAT DO WE PRINT:   

Black and white and full color printing up to 12x18
Programs, Brochures, Postcards, Posters
Invitations, Spiral Bound Books, Envelopes
Bookmarks, Letterhead & Business Cards
NCR (Carbonless copies), Notepads, just to name a few services.
 
Large format printing (larger than 12x18) 
16x20, 18x24, 24x36, 36x48 etc.
Heavy cardstock material up to 42" wide
Vinyl banner up to 60” wide
 
Yard Signs, foam core printed signs and banners are also offered. These make a great option for advertising that play production, sporting event, dance or anything else!

PRICING:
You can enter a potential order online and before hitting the finish button it will show you your price. At that time you can cancel, save as quote or finish which submits the order. Upon submitting your order, you will get a Job number and an email confirming your submission.  You will get emails throughout the process keeping you updated on the status of your job, including when it is ready to be picked up or has been sent in the delivery.
